Order SHIPPING
- Once your order is placed on Doraku Palace, it will be reviewed in 24 hours. Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon us receiving your order in normal circumstances, excluding preorder items and out of stock items.
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
- P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address
- An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address
STANDARD SHIPPING NOTICEMENT:
- Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon us receiving your order in normal circumstances, excluding preorder items and out of stock items. For remote areas, it might take extra 1-2 business days
- Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays
- Order processing and shipping are done only on weekdays (not including public holidays)
- Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions
- Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. Fresh is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice
- If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly to make further arrangements
- Shipping to outlying islands may take two additional days for delivery
- All orders must be signed for on delivery
