Ordering Method 1. Online Store Order

During the ordering process, you can choose to register as a member to easily check your order status.When your order is successful and the goods are delivered to the courier company, you will receive an email from Doraku Palace.

Ordering Process
Step 1. Select Items
After confirming your order and any added items with discounts, please click the "Add to Cart" button. The items will be automatically added to your cart.
You are welcome to continue selecting other items and click the "Add to Cart" button. The items will be automatically added to your cart and displayed in the upper right corner.
Step 2. Proceed to Shopping Cart & Checkout
Click the shopping bag button in the upper right corner, then click "Checkout".
Step 3. Discount Code
If you have a discount code, click "Use Discount Code", enter the code number, and then click the "Apply" button.
Step 4. Checkout
Please confirm the item names, total amount, and quantity in your shopping cart.Select your shipping method and payment method.After confirming everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout".
Step 5. Fill in Order Information
To ensure you receive your goods, please fill in your customer information and shipping details accurately.While filling in the information, you can choose to register as a member to easily check your order status.Please click "I agree to the website's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy". You must agree to the terms and privacy policy to complete the order process.After completion, click the "Verify Order" button.
Step 6. Payment Method

Step 7. Order Complete
Your order number will be displayed immediately upon successful order placement. You will receive an email from Doraku Palace. Please keep this order number for future follow-up.
After ordering, the goods will be delivered within approximately 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If delivery is not possible within 7 business days due to special circumstances, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone. Please be aware of this.
